Mark Stipe, Vice President and General Counsel

Prior to joining OMNI, Mark practiced at Longman Russo, a Lafayette, La., law firm. He served as special counsel to the Louisiana Public Service Commission and the Louisiana Office of the Lieutenant Governor. He was also a special assistant attorney general and is a certified public accountant. He is a member of the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel and is listed in Best's Directory of Recommended Attorneys in Louisiana. Mark received his juris doctorate and bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University. He is a member of the Lafayette Parish Bar Association, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals Bar, and the Bar of the United States Supreme Court. He has participated in the American Inns of Court as a member of the Wex Malone and Acadiana Chapters, and is a member of the John Duhe Chapter.
