Brian J. Recatto, President and Chief Executive Officer
Brian began his tenure as OMNI President and Chief Executive Officer in July 2008. He previously served as OMNI's Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining OMNI, Brian was the President and an owner/principal of Charles Holston, Inc. (2004 to 2007), an oil and gas services company specializing in environmental services, equipment leasing, and dockside and offshore maintenance. Brian has directed growth and development at emerging and established organizations. He founded EMRAS, Inc., an environmental consulting firm, and spent six years as president of Meklo, Inc., a Houston-based industrial waste management company. He sold Meklo to Philip Services Corporation, and then held a series of positions with PSC (1997 to 2004), culminating in his position as President of the Industrial Services Division. As the division president, Brian provided leadership for PSC's largest operating P&L and a 5,000-person workforce that operated in 122 locations. Brian began his career with Marine Shale Processors, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Louisiana State University.
