With more than 15 years of oilfield industry experience, Charles has a broad range of expertise in safety management, risk engineering and loss control. He began his career at OMNI as safety manager for OMNI's exploration support services segment. Prior to joining OMNI, he spent nine years as a loss prevention consultant with FARA Risk Control Services, and five years as director of corporate safety for Trinity Industries. Charles has developed and implemented numerous safety-emphasis programs and is a certified OSHA Outreach Instructor, NACB Forklift Train the Trainer and NACB Mobile Crane Operator Trainer. He also has formal training in machine guarding and holds a bachelor's degree in fire and safety engineering technology.
